30 August 2021 - The Witness - "Drunk drivers let off" without breathalysers in KZN -  Ntandoyenkosi Dlamini Concerns have been raised on why traffic authorities are not conducting breath alcohol testing even though there is new technology available to use breathalysers safely. Angus MacArthur, director of Alcohol Breathalysers Pty Ltd, told The Witness that it was concerning that provinces such as KwaZulu-Natal were not conducting routine breath alcohol testing when there were so many people getting killed due to drunk driving.
